These Terms of Use cover your use of Capzy: AI Captions for Reels, provided by Ingeborg Steenbergen. We've kept them short and readable. Effective date: 28.10.2026.

Using Capzy means you agree

By downloading or using Capzy, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Capzy on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple App Store rules. This licence is for your own creative use and does not let you resell, copy or redistribute the app.

Using it well

Please use Capzy fairly. Don't use it to create content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to reverse engineer the app, interfere with our backend, get around usage limits or access the service through automated means. We may limit or stop access if these rules are broken.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features need a paid subscription or purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Who owns what

Capzy, including its design, branding, software and features, belongs to Ingeborg Steenbergen and is protected by intellectual property laws. The content you submit stays yours, and you own the captions you create with Capzy, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for what you submit and how you use the captions you post, and you confirm you have the rights to the content you provide. You give us permission to process your input only as needed to generate your captions.

About AI-written captions

Captions are created by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate, repetitive or not quite right for your audience. Please review each caption before you publish it. Similar captions may be generated for other users.

No warranties

Capzy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Ingeborg Steenbergen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, followers or reach arising from your use of Capzy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date below. If you keep using Capzy after an update, you accept the new terms.
